Abilities
Drain Life
Main attack, melee. Deals its power as magical damage to the front enemy, then heals itself by its power (no heal if the attack is blocked).

Bloodlust
Reaction. Gains +1 power every time it loses health, with no limit. Hits stopped by armor don't count.

Hemorrhage
Main attack, melee. Deals its power to the front enemy and heals itself by its power; healing it can't use (already full) goes to the most injured friend.
How to use Blood Witch
Best position: front or middle.
Drain Life heals it by its power with each hit, unless the hit is blocked. It uses magical damage against the front enemy.
Bloodlust and Drain Life feed each other: each hit taken raises power, and higher power means both bigger hits and bigger heals.
Hemorrhage joins its kit at level 3. Any healing from it that Blood Witch can't use goes to the most injured ally.
